We are proud to report that approximately 90% of our graduates pass the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN) on their first try--one of the highest pass rates in New York State. Approximately 300 men and women from the Greater New York Metropolitan Area are enrolled in the School. They range in age from 18 to over 50, and reflect the multiplicity of race, religion, ethnic origin, cultural and economic backgrounds that one finds in a large metropolis. The School’s liberal arts co-requisite courses are offered jointly with Pace University. As part of this partnership, Pace professors teach the liberal arts co-requisite courses on site. The School has articulation agreements with New York University and Excelsior College that allow for nearly 65 toward a BS in Nursing. The School’s small size, strong student organization network, and supportive faculty and administration create an academically stimulating environment where you will receive the individualized attention needed to help you reach your career goal of becoming a registered professional nurse. |
